During nice and bright summerly midnights, we are going to search the moose (in Norwegian: elg), “the King of the forests” in its own habitat. Suddenly you can see a big bull in front of us or a nice female with a calf.

We do not want to disturb the animals. Therefore we ask you kindly to follow our instructions. You will be able to photographe them from a reasonable distance and you can observe it’s behavior. The moose is a wild animal, and is not being fed. That means that we can not give you a 100% guarantee that we will see them and it can happen that they are at longer distance. But it will be an exciting adventure. Even for us it still is!

The safari will be organized in the late afternoon or evening and starts between 17.00 and 19.30 hour. This depends on sunset time during the season. Our safari trips will take about 4 to 5 hours. The trip is easy because we travel by car. Normally we do not leave the car or the road, so everyone can join us. We arrange transportation with our bus, we have space for 8 persons including our own equipment (telescopes and binoculairs). We will serve a nice cup of coffee or tea, of course with some biscuits !
